These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Holistic Grooming Academy website, enrolment onto our educational programmes, and the purchase of our products and services.

By accessing our website or enrolling on one of our programmes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Accept responsibility for managing their own study schedule.

3. Enrolment

Your enrolment becomes effective once:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an enrolment where appropriate.

4. Study Options

  • up to 24 months to complete the qualification.

Students studying module-by-module receive:

  • access to one module at a time;

  • a maximum of 39 months to complete all thirteen modules.

Extensions may be granted at HGA’s discretion and may incur an administration fee.

6. Payments

Course fees are published on our website and may change without notice.

Once enrolled, the price paid at the time of enrolment remains applicable to that student’s programme.

Failure to maintain agreed payment plans may result in suspension of course access until payments are brought up to date.

7. Digital Products

Digital course materials are licensed for the personal use of the enrolled student only.

Students may not:

  • share login details;

  • distribute course materials;

  • reproduce manuals;

  • upload resources to public websites;

  • sell or redistribute HGA content.

Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Printed Materials

Printed manuals remain protected by copyright.

Damage occurring during shipping should be reported within seven days of delivery.

Replacement copies may incur additional charges.

9. Tutor Support

Tutor support is provided throughout the certification.

Students are expected to:

  • submit work via e-mail within agreed timescales;

  • communicate respectfully;

  • respond to tutor feedback where required.

HGA will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries promptly; however, response times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

10. Assessments

Students must complete all required assessments to achieve the certification.

HGA reserves the right to:

  • request resubmissions;

  • require additional evidence;

  • withhold certification where assessment criteria have not been met.

All submitted work must represent the student’s own work.

11. Academic Integrity

Students must not:

  • plagiarise;

  • submit AI-generated work as their own without disclosure (if you choose to have a policy on AI);

  • copy another student’s work;

  • falsify practical evidence.

Breaches may result in assessment failure, suspension or removal from the programme.

12. Certification

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all programme requirements.

HGA reserves the right to refuse certification where academic misconduct has occurred or where a student is unable to demonstrate reasonable competency and understanding on all concepts covered.

This includes:

Nothing within the course transfers ownership of intellectual property to students.

14. Refunds & Consumer Rights

If purchasing as a consumer, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Where immediate access to digital course materials has been requested and provided, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be affected once digital content has begun downloading or streaming, where permitted by law and where you have expressly consented to this.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is detailed in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Student Conduct

We expect all students to behave professionally.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where students engage in:

  • abusive behaviour;

  • harassment;

  • discrimination;

  • threats;

Students remain responsible for applying learning appropriately and complying with relevant legislation, insurance requirements and professional responsibilities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

18. Changes to Courses

To maintain educational quality, we may:

  • update learning materials;
